Further to the release of “SoundLocus Lite”, we are now proud to finally announce the release of SoundLocus, our 3D Sound Authoring software (windows version) for the “Prosumer”. After an extended period of research and development, we have added multichannel functionality and a range of extra editing features, to produce the world’s first authoring tool enabling easy creation of 3D sound content in the professional space. Arnis Sound Technologies’ virtual spatial acoustic technology “Next Generation Spatial Acoustic System” is awarded the 2002 Nikkei Shimbun Outstanding Product and Service Prize. Arnis Sound Technologies was chosen from a huge number of products and services rolled out in Japan from January to December 2012. (7th Jan 2003)

Animation fan site [anipop.tv] starts a streaming service of the first ever 3D sound radio drama (Kamakur@ Love) using Arnis’ 3D sound technology. (31st May 2002)

Fatal Frame, the U.S. edition of Tecmo Internet Studio’s Zero (also known as Project Zero in Europe and Australia), is launched. The Japanese expression “the world of zero” becomes popular with users in the U.S. (6th March 2002)

In December 2001 leading game maker Tecmo Internet Studio releases its new PS2 horror and adventure game “Zero” fully equipped with Arnis’ next generation spatial acoustic system. (10th Oct 2001).
